The Service may integrate with third parties such as OpenAI (for AI processing), Kajabi (for courses/portals and course checkout), Square (Monthly Billing), and Wix (for hosting). Your use of these integrations may be subject to the third parties’ terms and policies. Westport Studios is not responsible for third-party services.

All Service content, features, and functionality (excluding your content) are owned by Westport Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
